Who runs Sir FOMO
Sir FOMO is an independent research project run by Sir Reginald Fomoworth III in the United Kingdom, who decides how the personal information below is used.

What we collect, and why
- Questions you ask Sir FOMO: the question, the answer and the evidence used, so we can check that answers are accurate. Anything that looks like an email address or phone number is masked before it is stored. Please don’t put personal details in questions.
- A salted hash of your IP address: to apply the daily question limit and stop abuse. Sir FOMO does not store your IP address itself.
- If you sign up for updates: your email address, the consent you gave and when, whether you asked for research notes, and a salted hash of your IP address.
- Server logs kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
- Public blockchain records: token creators’ wallet addresses and launch histories are public on-chain data. Sir FOMO does not try to link them to real people.
We rely on our legitimate interest in running a safe, accurate, free research service for everything above except update emails, which we send only with your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.
How long we keep it
- Questions: 30 days, then deleted.
- Daily-limit counters: up to 2 days.
- Update sign-ups: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Server logs: as long as our hosting provider keeps them.
Cookies
Sir FOMO sets no cookies for visitors and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. One essential cookie is used only by the operator, to reach internal pages.
Who else handles it
Railway hosts the website and its database in the United States (California), so your information is processed there under Railway’s data processing addendum (railway.com/legal/dpa). No AI service receives public visitors’ questions. We do not sell or share personal information. The “Share on X” button is a plain link: nothing is sent to X unless you click it.
Your rights and complaints
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it: email office@sirfomo.com. We reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first and we will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and let you know the outcome. You can also complain to the UK’s data protection regulator at ico.org.uk.
