Research note

Why Sir FOMO never gives a single score

A loud coin is not a likely winner. Keeping the readings apart stops one from being mistaken for another.

Last updated 3 November 2026.

Collapsing everything about a launch into one number is tempting, and it is misleading. A coin can be heavily traded and badly concentrated; busy and thin at once; talked about and still fading.

Separate readings

Sir FOMO keeps intensity, evidence quality, manipulation indicators, historical similarity and market risk apart. Some of these cannot be measured yet — no authorised social data source is connected — and they are shown as unavailable rather than estimated.

A flag is a question, not a verdict

A flag such as a large creator buy or a burst of failed transactions is a reason to look closer. It is not proof that anyone has done anything wrong, and Sir FOMO does not say otherwise.
